Values & Beliefs

Care Circle’s philosophy of care is built on strong beliefs and values. Every day we explore new ways to Care for Life, to move forward, to improve our business, to raise the bar - collectively dedicated to improving the lives of every resident.  Why? Because we believe it’s the right thing to do.

Providing consistently high standards of care is a tremendously difficult challenge. We do not profess to be perfect but you are assured that if we do not meet your expectations or you find something wrong we will respond immediately to resolve it.

Care Circle is proud to be a Corporate Member of Business in the Community and takes its wider responsibility to its communities very seriously.   The company has been recognised for its efforts in supporting community based initiatives and over the years has received several awards including a prestigious Business in the Community Award for Community Endeavour and more recently Employer of Choice in 2010.

Our Care for Life philosophy is the built around the following four core values:

1. Residents come first

Satisfying our residents’ individual needs is paramount. We put residents needs ahead of our own. We provide a service to our residents - take the time to talk, to listen, to understand, to share a smile, a tear, and to put our arms around someone in a time of need. We aim to ensure that the holistic needs of residents are consistently met.

2. Complete Professionalism

Regardless of roles, we set our care teams high personal and professional standards and constantly strive to achieve these standards looking for ways to make ourselves more effective. We know that every improvement, no matter how small, can make an important difference.

3. Teamwork

We work together as a team as it makes everyone’s job easier, makes work-life more enjoyable and makes it easier to care for our residents. We are proud to see team workers support their colleagues and go out of their way to help others.

4. Open communication

Care Circle staff communicate to residents, visitors and each other in a respectful manner. We communicate openly, are free to comment on areas that can be improved and have the strength of character to take feedback constructively, to learn from it and improve as a result.
