Care Circle’s facility at Fairfields is situated close to the centre of Cookstown. Fairfields has a specialist dementia care facility that offers an exceptional level of care to people with dementia in a very comfortable and homely environment.  With a total of just 30 single rooms that are split into separate clusters, this dementia facility has the warmth of home with the highest possible standards of care that you will feel as soon as you walk through the front door.

Working in an innovative partnership with experts from the University of Ulster, Care Circle is pioneering a new approach to dementia care that is already being widely acclaimed by health care professionals and sets a new standard in care for people with dementia.
